About VRC Radar
VRC Radar is a shared calendar for VRChat events. It hosts a collection of clubs and the events they run in VRChat, bringing them together into one timezone-aware calendar so you can see what's happening across the communities you care about without hopping between servers.
Alongside the calendar we run two Discord bots: VRC Radar - Events, which keeps a server's scheduled events in step with the calendar, and VRC Radar - Verification, a separate bot that links a member's VRChat account to their Discord account and hands out roles.
Event calendar & the VRC Radar - Events bot
How it works
Clubs can add and manage their events directly here. On top of that, VRC Radar can automatically synchronise planned events from a club's Discord server: once a server is linked, its scheduled events appear here on their own and stay in step as they're created, edited, or removed (for these, Discord stays the source of truth). Either way, times are shown in your own timezone, with daylight-saving handled for you.
The Events bot
Syncing is handled by the VRC Radar - Events bot,
which a club adds to its own Discord server. An admin runs
/link_club with a code generated here to connect the
server to a club, and from then on the bot mirrors that server's
scheduled events one way — from Discord into the calendar. It never
writes back to Discord or creates events there.
Other commands: /sync_server re-syncs everything on
demand, /sync_settings opens the per-server options (such
as whether to sync the event location, and whether to censor VRChat
user or group links in event text), and /unlink_club
disconnects the server again.
Account linking & the VRC Radar - Verification bot
VRC Radar - Verification is a separate bot with its own database. It doesn't read or write anything in the calendar — it exists so members can link their VRChat account to their Discord account once and get the right roles automatically in the communities they're part of.
Linking your account
Run /link, or press the button on a server's linking
message, and paste your VRChat profile URL (or your
usr_… id). The bot looks that account up on the VRChat
API, saves the pair, and grants whichever roles that server has set
up.
To be clear about what this does and doesn't prove: the check confirms the VRChat account exists and that nobody else has already claimed it. It is not a proof-of-ownership challenge, so it shouldn't be treated as hard identity verification. Each Discord account can hold one VRChat account, and each VRChat account can be claimed only once.
If you've already verified through VRify elsewhere, the bot can pick
that up so you don't have to link again — admins can also run
/import-vrify to bring existing members across. See the

Commands
Members have /whoami-vrchat to see their linked account,
/update-vrchat to refresh their VRChat display name and
verification status (once an hour), and /unlink-vrchat to
remove the link and the roles it granted.
Server admins use /settings to choose a role for linked
members, a separate role for members VRChat reports as 18+ verified,
and whether links made in other servers count here.
/setup-link posts the linking message members press, and
/sync-roles backfills roles for everyone already
linked.
Add it to your server
Add
VRC Radar - Verification to your Discord server, then run
/settings to pick the roles it should grant.
